My 180 story isn't finished yet, but it had a great start!
I started Mid March 2013.
I'm a busy Mom of 3 kids, but I made time for BURST workouts (20 minutes) 4 days a week (every week) and power stroller walks 2 days a week.
I completed 4 Shaklee 180 TurnAround Kits and then transitioned to Lean and Health kits. I only purchased 3 kits, and then 3 for free took over ever since!!!
Currently I've lost 35 pounds, 30 inches, and my LDL went from elevated to normal with a 20% decrease with no medication!!!
